Facilitation for Individuals & Couples
I lead from the soul, and offer clients to do the same: to shift the paradigm and realize that the soul is our primary identity, and that all things which ail us are like clouds passing over the boundless sky. With training in Lev Emunah Therapy (a prayerful, therapuetic method based in Breslov and Kabbalistic concepts), Narrative Therapy, Zendo Sit (for psychedelic space holding), and Medicine Carrier, I offer inner guidance for individuals and couples looking to grow, improve their relationships, deepen their embodied consciosuness, and enhance their health—spiritually, mentally, and somatically. Working with me looks like:
- weekly or biweekly 1-2 hour sessions (in-person or zoom)
- psychedelic preparation / integration (1-2 hour sessions, à la carte, in-person or zoom)
- space holding and navigation (5-12 hours, in-person only)
- Drawing from sages like Rebbe Nachman, Ram Dass, and the Baal Shem Tov, I help clients put Torah wisdom into practical application, with special attention on practices like hitbodedut, dance, conscious breath & embodiment, and meditation.
- I have extensive experience working with clients from varied religious backgrounds including: Haredi, OTD, secular, HinJew, and everyone in between. I apply a perspective informed by the many faces of Jewish trauma, both inherited from generations back, residual from the Holocaust, and active in today’s religious world (specifically in NY) and post-Oct 7 climate for those of us who have lived through wartime Israel and diasporic anti-semitism.

Keynotes. Panels. Workshops. Book Talks. Ceremony Support. Retreats.
From presenting to an audience of hundreds at conferences like SXSW, MAPS Psychedelic Science, or Horizons: Perspectives on Psychedelics, to assisting in ceremonies of a couple dozen participants, to leading online and in-person workshops for learners around the world, I draw from my journalism, research, lived experience, and principles of both Narrative & Lev Emunah Therapy to present on topics like:
- An insider’s scoop on what’s really happening in the world of Jewish ceremonies, psychedelic healing, festivals, and more
- How Judaism is the “set and setting” for psychedelic experience
- Tips to prepare for, navigate, integrate psychedelic experience using Jewish frameworks
- Behind the scenes of the Ram Dass movement; cultural history and where it’s headed
- Intersectionality between Chassidis, Kabbalah, and psychedelia
- Tripping in times of war; the role of psychedelics in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict
- Jewish trauma
